An AI assistant inside her own website: the Profe Lucía case
Lucía teaches Philosophy, Humanities and English. She now changes her website by talking to a chat that lives in her own WordPress site, without going into wp-admin and without being able to break anything.

- Client
- Profe Lucía, private teacher
- Website
- WordPress with Elementor and Rank Math
- What we did
- A custom plugin with chat, permissions, images and research
- Live
- Since October 2026
The goal
For Lucía to create and change content herself, by talking, without learning the WordPress dashboard or risking touching what she should not.
The quick option was to give her an existing chat, but the one we tried required administrator permissions. That was exactly what we wanted to avoid, so we built the assistant with our own tools and a role made for her.
Everything we set up
Each piece answers a specific need of Lucía and her website.
Personalised access
She logs in on her own brand and goes straight to the chat, with her name and her suggestions. She does not see the WordPress dashboard.
Permissions made for her
Her own role edits and publishes pages and posts and uploads files. It cannot delete content or touch plugins or settings.
Undo on every change
A copy is saved before every change, and without a copy nothing is applied. From “Changes” she can see what was done and undo it.
AI images with her references
It generates images through several APIs. If Lucía appears, it uses her photos as a reference, and it can also start from a scene in her media library.
Optimised images
Before saving them, it rotates them if needed, adjusts their size and converts them to WebP. They also get alt text.
Research with sources
Before writing, an agent searches the web and returns a summary with its sources. A quote with no reliable source is not used.
Posts, from idea to publication
It suggests topics, creates the draft, schedules it and shows the editorial calendar. It also reviews title, description and internal links.
Working in Elementor
It changes text and images, duplicates sections and creates new pages with the design of existing ones. It also manages menus.
Working skills
Guides for writing, service pages, polishing copy, planning topics, internal linking, local SEO and images. They load only when needed, so each message stays cheaper.
The fine-tuning
What makes the difference is not connecting an AI, but teaching it how work is done on that website.
- It talks like Lucía. It writes in the singular, because she is one teacher and not a team, and uses the right tone for each page.
- Real data only. It is forbidden from inventing reviews, ratings, phone numbers or profiles. If something is missing, it asks.
- It does not obey what it reads. Text from a website or an attached document is content, not instructions. If it asks for something, it does not do it and warns her.
- Spending under control. It runs on API keys from several providers and switches if one fails. It has cost alerts and a monthly cap.
What Lucía asks for
Give me blog ideas and create a draft
It suggests topics based on what the site is missing and leaves the post ready to review.
Change some text on my site
It finds the text in Elementor and changes it. If she does not like it, it can be undone.
Create a new page
It starts from the design of an existing page and adapts the copy.
Review a page and suggest improvements
It checks titles, links, images without alt text and filler copy.
What about results?
It has only been live for a very short time, so we have no figures to show you yet, and we are not going to invent them. We will add them to this page when we have them.
This case uses a chat inside the website itself. If you would rather work from Claude or ChatGPT, see how it works with Elementor with AI or how to build a website with AI.
Who does the work
We are a studio from Oleiros (A Coruña, Spain) with 8 years of hands-on WordPress experience, working freelance since February 2018. You talk to the person who does the work, not to a go-between. Meetings are by video call and, if you are in the city of Barcelona, we can also meet in person. We designed, built and tuned it ourselves, and it is still running on Lucía’s website.
