WooCommerce integrations: connect your shop to Holded, Odoo, your ERP or your CRM
WooCommerce integrations make each order flow automatically to where it needs to go: the invoice, the warehouse, the accounts, the CRM. No copying data between tabs, and an alert if anything gets stuck.
What we connect to WooCommerce
As a shop grows, an order no longer lives only in WooCommerce. Someone has to move it into the invoice, the warehouse or the accounting software. That is the job we take off your hands.
Verifactu and compliant invoicing
WooCommerce handles orders, not invoices. We connect your shop to an invoicing system that complies with Verifactu, Spain's e-invoicing rules, and automate what happens each time an invoice is issued.
Verifactu in WooCommerceOdoo
For shops that already run on Odoo: orders, stock and invoices in the same place.

If you use Holded, its official WooCommerce connector is usually enough. We help you set it up and automate whatever it does not cover.
Other softwareOther ERPs and CRMs
Sage, a3ERP, HubSpot, Pipedrive or whatever you use. If it has an API, it can be connected. We check before promising you anything.
See ERPs and CRMsWhat data travels between the shop and your software
At heart, an integration is a list of data and a direction for each item.
Orders that become invoices
When the invoice is issued: on payment, when the order is completed or when it ships. You decide.
Customers
With their tax details, without creating duplicate contacts every time they buy again.
Products and stock
Prices, SKUs and stock levels.
Returns
A return in the shop generates its corrective invoice in your software.
Taxes
VAT by product and destination, and the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme if you sell to other EU countries.
Which way each item flows
This is the question that shapes the project: which system is in charge. If stock is edited in the ERP and in the shop at the same time, sooner or later one overwrites the other. Before connecting anything, we decide which system is the source of each item and which way it travels. Sometimes it goes both ways, but then with clear rules.
Existing connector, n8n or custom integration
There is no best option in the abstract. Each one pays off in a different case.
| Criterion | Existing connector | n8n or Make | Custom integration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | The lowest | Medium | The highest |
| Maintenance | Done by the vendor | One workflow to monitor | Your own code to maintain |
| Control | Whatever the connector allows | High | Total |
| Best when | Your case is the usual one | There are custom steps between systems | There is high volume or rules no connector covers |
We follow the same approach as in WordPress development: the first step is to check whether what you need already exists. If a well-known, well-maintained connector solves your case, we use it. Writing your own integration for the sake of it only leaves you with a bigger bill and one more thing to monitor.
We build custom when the connector would force you to work its way. Or when you would end up with three connectors stuck together to do a single job.
Whatever the connector does not cover can usually be handled with n8n or Make automations: an alert, a data cross-check, a report.
WooCommerce and Odoo
Odoo and WooCommerce can be connected in two ways: with a connector from the Odoo app store or with a custom API integration. Which one fits depends on your Odoo version, on whether it is hosted by you or by Odoo, and on how far your way of selling departs from the standard.
The usual set-up is to sync orders, customers, products and stock, with the invoice issued in Odoo. With several warehouses or B2B price lists things get more complicated, and that is usually where the need for something custom comes in.
It pays off when you already work in Odoo and shop orders force you to type things in. If you do not use Odoo yet, we will not recommend setting it up just for this: we will tell you up front.
Other ERPs and CRMs
We do not assume there is a connector for every piece of software. We tell you what exists and what does not.
Sage and a3ERP
If your version exposes an API, it can be connected. We check before quoting.
HubSpot and Pipedrive
Your shop's customers and orders can arrive as contacts and deals. This is one of the most common set-ups and is usually solved with a workflow.
Holded
It has an official WooCommerce connector, and that is nearly always the way to go. We configure it and automate whatever it does not cover.
Other software
If it has an API, it can be connected; we check first and tell you honestly if it is not worth it.
What happens when the sync fails
Connections fail: a service goes down for a while, a key expires, the software changes something in an update. What must not happen is an order getting lost without anyone knowing.
Each integration has its own queue of pending items. If a step fails, it is retried when the cause is temporary. If it keeps failing, we alert you through the channel you choose with the specific order that did not go through, and it stays visible so it can be recovered.
For shops that depend on these orders, the Complete plan of our WordPress maintenance (€120/month + VAT) is a good fit: it monitors the shop continuously.
Is your shop up to date before you connect it?
An integration built on an outdated WooCommerce fails sooner. Run the free test and check versions, plugins and weak spots before connecting anything.

How we approach an integration
01. Which software and which data
You tell us what you use today and what you copy by hand. That shows us whether there is a connector, an API or neither.
02. Workflow design
We map out which data travels, in which direction, when, and which system is in charge of each item.
03. Testing on a copy
We test it with real orders on a copy of the shop, including returns and edge cases. Your live shop is not touched.
04. Documented handover
We give you, in writing, what each step does, which connections it uses and how to switch it off, with alerts already active.
Who does the work
We are a studio from Oleiros (A Coruña, Spain) with 8 years of hands-on WordPress experience, working freelance since February 2018. You talk to the person who does the work, not to a go-between. Meetings are by video call and, if you are in the city of Barcelona, we can also meet in person.
Frequently asked questions about WooCommerce integrations
Can WooCommerce be connected to my invoicing software?
If your software has an API or a WooCommerce connector, yes. We check before quoting and tell you what is available. We do not promise a connector that does not exist.
Which is better, a connector plugin or a custom integration?
It depends on the volume and on which system needs to be in charge. For a typical case, a well-maintained connector is usually the cheapest and safest option. A custom integration pays off when there are specific rules or a volume the connector cannot handle.
Does WooCommerce issue legally valid invoices?
Not on its own: it generates orders, not invoices. The invoice is issued by an invoicing plugin or, better, by connected invoicing software. If Verifactu is what worries you, we explain it on our page about Verifactu in WooCommerce.
Does stock sync both ways?
It can, but you have to decide which system is in charge. Usually one system is the source and the other is the copy. If both can be edited, rules are set so that one does not overwrite the other.
What happens to orders if the connection goes down?
They are not lost. They wait in a queue, are retried when the cause is temporary and, if it is not resolved, you get an alert with the affected order.
How much does it cost to integrate WooCommerce with an ERP or CRM?
It depends on how much data travels, in which direction and whether there is a connector or it has to be built. We do not publish a price. You tell us which software you use, we analyse it and reply with a fixed written quote.
